This meant emphasizing key features valued by the target demographic that would be leasing the space, including: the sweeping lake and city views, collaborative areas where workers could engage and exchange ideas.
There were several challenges associated with this project which the client had been unable to resolve with previous rendering vendors: representing the 3D-rendered people inside the building and illustrating the views to the surrounding landscape.
Working hand in hand with the developer’s management team, The View dialed in on the exact target demographic that would be leasing the space, ensuring that the workers represented in the rendered images fit that demographic perfectly.
The exterior views from the rooftop were incorporated into the renders by utilizing Google Earth Studio as a background, then touching up the images in Photoshop to attain a realistic representation. One option that was provided to the client involved taking drone photographs around the building, however it was ultimately decided that this was not necessary given the level of quality that was achieved through editing the images from Google Earth.
The project was successfully completed within 2.5 weeks with minimal requested revisions, allowing the developer to publish the interior renderings to their website and various multiple listing services in a short period of time. The View continues to work with this client on a regular basis, helping them establish their online presence and setting their property listings apart from the competition.
