Live availability and pricing flow through our Engrain integration by default - which covers the majority of operator workflows without any PMS work on your side. For operators who prefer their PMS as the source of truth (Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, AppFolio), direct integration is available on request. Infrastructure is ready; we wire it up to your specific stack during onboarding.
No. Seenic is built to work with the stack you already have. Existing Matterport tours embed inside Seenic Explorer with Dollhouse and navigation preserved - or we rebuild them as native Seenic Tours for deeper analytics, using the content you've already captured. Engrain is our default integration for live availability, and we manage that relationship on your behalf. You don't take on new vendor contracts.
Modular. Operators commonly start with one or two products - usually 3D Explorer for a flagship property, or Seenic Tours for amenity-level content - and add modules as they scale. There's no all-or-nothing migration. Pricing reflects what you actually use.
Yes. Seenic exposes two public APIs. The External JavaScript IFrame API lets you embed Seenic inside your existing website with two-way control — drive Seenic from your own UI, capture events into your analytics. The Data REST API gives read-only access to structured property and availability data, so your team can build a completely custom UI on top of Seenic without using ours. Most properties go live within two weeks of contract signature. Implementation is run by Seenic's customer success team - your team doesn't need to dedicate engineering or IT resources. The longest variable is content capture (photography or rendering), which we coordinate through our trained photographer network in every major US market.
Both, depending on the use case. Initial property launches and high-quality marketing content come through Seenic's trained photographer network for consistent quality. For ongoing updates between tenant turns, Seenic Snap lets your leasing team capture 360° unit tours, photos, video, and balcony views from a smartphone - and they're live in Explorer the same day. Most operators use the network for set-piece content and Snap for everything in between.
