What assets do we need to get an animation created?
The typical assets we prefer include items like the architectural set, electrical set, plumbing set, interior design set, landscape set, FF&E, appliance sets and brandbooks. This are not all required for every project so contact us for a consultation.
What else will we need to provide?
After the community modeling is complete, we will need to determine the amount of time in each area, flight paths and audio options.
Can we use a drone to capture the surrounding area?
Yes, we can hire a drone operator to capture the surrounding area. We also find that a more convenient and lower cost option is simply use a high quality satellite view, like Google Earth.
How long does it take to create an animation?
Every project is unique when it comes to the size, deliverables and details so timelines can vary, but typically take between four and six weeks to complete.
How much does an animation cost?
There is an initial set up fee for modeling the space, which varies from property to property, but once that is completed, we charge $100/second.
