Lake Forest

A 55+ community that incorporated a fully rendered vr tour of the entire property (aerial, amenities and model units). The aerial focused on surrounding areas that included nearby medical facilities, other 55+ communities and walking distance to lake and trails. We curated tons of animation content that allowed less tech savvy users the ability to simply click and experience the community first hand without having to navigate complicated technology. That content was also distributed via all social media channels and used for paid ads to attract potential tenants.
